Bouquets are sent in bud, so they open over the first days in the vase, and they are covered by a 7 day freshness guarantee. When ordering flowers for Northwick Park Hospital, please include the patient's full name, ward name and bed number if known. Deliveries are usually accepted at the main reception or directly to the relevant ward, where staff will pass the bouquet on to the patient. Please note that flowers are not permitted in certain clinical areas such as intensive care and some surgical wards for infection control reasons, so it is worth checking with the ward in advance.
